Ok, this activity is NOT for vegetarians, please skip to the next one if you are not in to eating meat, or adventures in dining. This is a Vietnamese restaurant, with very interesting ways of presenting your meal. They specialize in exotic meats, which you order family-style and either grill at the table, fondue in a vinegar sauce or plunge into a steaming hot pot. They also have some deep fried appetizers. The meat selection is extremely interesting. They have all the standards we are used to in this country such as beef, chicken, fish and prawns, but they also have kangaroo, wild boar, venison, alligator, bison, frog legs, rabbit, squid, and more. We tried the grill it at your table style. They supply you with the meats you choose, and piles of veggies such as fresh mint, basil, cilantro, daikon, sprouts, carrots etc. rice noodles, and a bottomless supply of rice paper spring roll wrappers to roll them up in. It was fun. It was very clean. The service was extremely friendly. They give you a tapioca and moong bean dessert.
