Delta Grill

This cajun and creole restaurant isn't as authentic as you can get in New York, but their Randall's Macaroni & Cheese side is top notch. Big corkscrew cellentani noodles swim in gooey cheese, mostly cheddar instead of the usual parmesan. Those lusting after the crispy top won't find it here, but the mac is nothing to knock either.

The waffles–blueberry or plain with raspberry butter and country syrup are delicious, and the Cedar Roasted Salmon–fresh atlantic salmon roasted on a cedar plank with a rosemary black pepper sauce and glazed apples–is very satisfying.

The restaurant's bar has happy hour from 5-8pm; stop by for Cajun Martinis, Hurricanes, Frozen Margaritas, and plenty of other goods.
